MULLIGAN, Elwood Leonard
Passed away peacefully on May 1, 2015, at age of 93. Beloved husband of Genevieve (nee Porterfield) for over 71 years. Dear father of Cheryl Custer (Gary), the late Reginald (1996) and Marilyn Redel (Robert). Cherished Grandpa of Gordon, Ryan, Michael and Jeremy. Great-grandpa to Sarah, Shane, Jordan, Dillon, Jaydin, Sienna and Bryce. Predeceased by his parents John and Cecilia Mulligan and his siblings. Elwood was a member of the J. Singers Choir in Niagara Falls and he also belonged to the Chipawa Lions Club. He was a volunteer for the Niagara Mission. A special thank you to family and the staff at Season’s Amherstburg for their loving and compassionate care. Visitation will be held at James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. until the procession to St. John the Baptist for a Mass at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. If so desired, memorial donations may made to the Alzheimer Society.
