Passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late Adolf Horn. Beloved mom of Evelyn and George Jaremek and the late Emily Horn. Proud Grandma to Amanda and Gaspare Bonomo and a wonderful Great Grandma to Maximus. Predeceased by her sister Ilse Horn. Special Aunt to her niece Gabrielle Renaud-Folsom and Wes Folsom and Great Aunt to Chris, Becky and Pat, Jenny and Dennis, and their families. The family thanks the exceptional staff at Seasons Amherstburg and her many friends there. Special thanks to Dr. Chow and the caring nurses of the Stroke Recovery and Palliative Care Units of Hotel Dieu Hospital. In kindness, memorial donations to Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care would be appreciated.
Visiting at JAMES H. SUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 401 Sandwich St. S. Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Wednesday, May 18 from 7-9pm with Parish Prayers at 8pm. Funeral on Thursday May 19, 2016 from the funeral home at 10am going in procession to St. John the Baptist Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am. Interment to follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
