BEETHAM, Julia “Miss Peaches”
Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the age of 85. Survived by her sister Katherine (the late Norman, 2012) Marentette and brother Elwood (Mary Jo) Beetham. Loving Aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews, especially Debbie (James) Phillips and family, Wendy Marentette (Mark Chalmers) and family, Karen Charette (Norbert Bolger) and family, Roger (Lynn) Marentette and family, and Lorraine Clark.
Her love of family and children lead her to a career working in a pediatric medical office, she was a volunteer for St. John’s Ambulance for many years and was a member of the United Church of Canada.
Visitation will take place at James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 am. Rev. Del Stewart officiating. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Donations in memory of Miss Peaches may be made to the Hospice Residential Home - Erie Shores Campus.
