<div itemprop="description">PILLON, Ethel Irene (nee Galipeau) <br /> <br />80 years. Passed away peacefully on January 15, 2014 at Metropolitan Hospital with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas (1992). Loving mother to Ken (Charlene), Kathy (Leo) Martin, David (Joanne McConnell), Susan (Gary) Deslippe, Michael (Roberta), Vicky (Dan) Bondy, Greg (Sharon), Annette (Doug) Benson. Grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister to Jack (Mary) Galipeau (Strathroy) and predeceased by brother Richard Galipeau and sister Angela Shepley. Sister-in-law to Peggy Galipeau (New Brunswick) and Larry Shepley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. <br /> <br />Ethel was a long time member of the McGregor C.W.L., Ladies Auxiliary K. of C. and Senior&rsquo;s Club. <br /> <br />As your expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. <br /> <br />Special thanks to the doctors and nurses on the Oncology Floor (4 West) at Met Hospital. <br /> <br />Visiting at the JAMES H. SUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 401 Sandwich St., South, Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 from 2-5 &amp; 7-9 p.m. with C.W.L. and Parish Prayers at 3:00 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from the funeral home at 10 a.m. going to St. Clement Church , McGregor for Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Clement Cemetery. <br /> <br />Online condolences &amp; cherished memories may be shared with the family at www.jhsutton-funeral.ca <br /></div>
