<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully New Year's Day to start her new life with the Lord in her 89th year. Beloved wife, mother and nonna. Predeceased by her husband Francesco. Loved by her children, Enrico DiBenedetto (Maria), Maria DiBenedetto-Gambere (late Ernesto) and Anna Pace (Angelo). Admired by her grandchildren, Judi Pace, Rita McGrath (John), Antonella Pace, Franca Mastronardi (Gino) of Amherstburg, GianFranco DiBenedetto (Adriana), Manuela DiBenedetto and Cristina DiBenedetto (Andrea), Lucia Gambere (Ambroggio), Adelaide Gambere (Alessandro) of Italy. Nonna Rita to her 14 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sisters, Emanuela Valletta (Benedetto) and Filomena Valletta (Oliviero) Her loving and giving spirit touched the lives of many. She will be forever in our hearts. A special thank you to her P.S.W's, Stephanie, Tina and Kristen for their loving care and compassion. Visitation will take place at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home. 401 Sandwich Street South, Amherstburg, 519-736-2134 on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers at 8 p.m. Family and Friends are asked to meet at St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday, January 5, 2013 for the Mass of Ressurection at 1:00 p.m. Entombment to follow at Amherstburg Mausoleum.
