<div itemprop="description">BASTIEN, A.J. (Anthony James)<br><br>30 years, surrounded by family and friends, on September 22, 2016. Beloved son of Debbie and the late Bernard Bastien, and big brother of Dana Bastien. Proud “Uncle A.J.” to Dustin, Nathan and Nolan. Step son of Brian Fick, and step brother of Trisha, Matt and Craig Fick. Best friend and brother to Bradly Boutet, Candice Thorburn, Sammy Hearns Boutet, Joe Malette and Matt O’Neil. He is survived by his grandmother Patricia Boutet, and predeceased by his grandfather Leo Boutet and his grandparents Archille and Evelyn Bastien. He will also be missed by his dog Buddy as well as his many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. <br><br>A.J. was an avid Steelers, Penguins and Windsor Spitfires fan. He loved all sports and pets. In keeping with his love of animals, donations in his memory to the Humane Society would be appreciated. <br><br>Special thanks to the wonderful staff at WRH Met Hospital, especially those in the ICU.<br><br>Visitation at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St S., Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Monday, Sept. 26 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Clement Church, McGregor on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery River Canard.<br><br>You may leave your condolences online at www.jhsuttonfuneral.ca <br><br></div>
