Passed away peacefully on August 19, 2015 at the age of 91. Reunited with her beloved husband and best friend Felix (2010) with whom she celebrated 63 years of marriage. Devoted and caring mother of Lyn and husband Marv Renaud (LaSalle), Bruce and wife Pierrette (Bradford), Bob and wife Anita (Windsor), David and wife Margo (LaSalle), Brian (Amherstburg) and Laurie Grondin and Ray Rodgers (LaSalle). Cherished Mémé of Monique and David Susko, Kristin and Rob Macdonald, Julie and Dave Detenbeck, Suzanne and Nolan Rader, Nicole and Chris Trobacher, Alan Grondin, Jeffrey Grondin, Michael and Heather Grondin, Katie and Jeffery Morrison, Erika Vigneux and Ryan and Sara Grondin. Beloved great-mémé of Justin, Lauren, Leah, Kevin, Roman, Austin, Marcel, Peter, Ada, Lily, Emily, Natalie and Arisa. Dear sister of June and husband Ernie Langlois, Kathleen Meloche and Rick and wife Shirley Meloche. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Austin and Lillian Meloche. Margaret will also be missed by her many friends at the Oak Park Retirement Home, LaSalle. Margaret was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and Happy Death Society at St. Joseph’s Church. She was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Chumettes and Senior Card Club. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 7:30 p.m. at James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S. Amherstburg, (519-736-2134). Visiting will continue on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Sacred Heart Church in LaSalle at 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. Joseph’s Church Building Fund.
