Born October 22, 1935 and passed away on February 25, 2016.
Beloved wife of Alvin for 60 years. Loving mom to Ron & wife Mischele, Gary & wife Linda, Suzanne & husband Terry Shepley, and Janet & husband Tim Beaulieu. Proud Gramma to Jaclyn (Mike), Amanda (Sarah), Lauren, Matthew, Micayla, Chad, Dean, Ryan (Lisa), Kyle and Corey. Great Gramma to Jordyn, Tyler, Jacob, Luke, and Cooper. Special person to Amanda, Ally and Nicole. She will also be missed by Sylvia Craig as well as many other relatives and friends.
Marilyn spent many days in arenas, baseball fields and basketball courts supporting her children and grandchildren through hockey, figure skating, baseball and basketball as well as many other sports. She was Past President of the Amherstburg Figure Skating Club.
She worked at numerous places, including Amherstburg Credit Union, Richmond Terrace Nursing Home, Town of Amherstburg
Special thanks to Dr. Schneider, Dr. R. Lan and Dr. Kanjeekal and to the doctors and staff of Hospice of Windsor and Essex County for all their special care.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Hospice of Windsor and Essex County would be appreciated.
A private family service has already taken place, followed by cremation.
