<div itemprop="description">ANDERSON, Robert J. “Bob”<br><br>Passed away on Feb. 21, 2017 at W.R.H. Ouellette Campus at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 65 years to Robena (nee Bondy). Loving father of Ruth Ann Triolet (David), Robert C. Anderson (Mary Sue), Ralph Anderson (JoAnn), Roger Anderson (Terri), and Rebecca Kominek (Chris). Proud Pipi of many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear brother of Margaret Woods, Patsy Roy, late Michael Anderson, Dave Anderson, Richard Anderson, Barry Anderson, brother-in-law of Effie, Rita and Marwood and predeceased by John, Glen, Doris, Jean, Eric, Robert, Boyd, Marion, Norris and Noreen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. <br><br>Bob was a dedicated farmer, and was very active in the Amherstburg community. He was a member of the School Board, Anderdon and Amherstburg Town Council, the St. Vincent de Paul Society, K of C Amherstburg, and was very involved with St. John the Baptist Parish. <br><br>Visiting will take place at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Friday, Feb. 24 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. with Vincentian Prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. <br><br>In kindness, memorial donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. <br><br>Special thanks to the Amherstburg Paramedics, as well as the doctors and nurses from Emergency, 7th Floor and ICU at WRH Ouellette Campus. <br><br>You may leave your condolences online at www.jhsuttonfuneral.ca<br></div>
